I purchased an ivory sofa from Arrow in Brampton. After weeks of waiting, my sofa arrived. Unfortunately, it arrived with the wrong legs and slightly dirty. One side looked particularly dirty because the frame penetrated through the fabric creating a line of grey. After having a mini stroke, I called costumer service. At first , there was a lot of back and forth and it became more inconvenient and frustrating. I reached the point of boiling because almost another two weeks passed and still nothing was really done. I called back and this time wanted to speak to the manager directly because the service rep could only do so much. I spoke with Israel and he was very helpful. He made sure that I was taken care of. He arranged for the couch to be picked up and sent back to Decor-Rest for repair because the cleaning company couldn't get the marks off, and did so in a timely fashion. Even after the couch was delivered a second time and it had a slight defect, Israel sent a technician to fix it. After all the headaches this light coloured couch created for me, Israel did his best to make me happy and now I have my gorgeous couch back. He turned my unfortunate experience into a more tolerable one where I would think about dealing with Arrow again. Had he not stepped in and fixed the problems for me, this company would not get my business again. He truly stands by his costumers and represents this company well. Many managers in the business could learn from him.
