We found Highcliff Mechanical on this site when we were looking to get an air conditioner. After getting quotes from other companies, it was Sean that made us feel most comfortable in getting the job done with Highcliff

When Sean came out to replace our Poly b, he discovered deficiencies in plumbing and heating that was 30 years old. He is very smart, and does impeccable work. To him “doing it right” is a given. This is not common with all trades people. When he installed our air conditioner, he recognized our furnace was not installed properly (10 years prior)…he was right! He doesn’t seek out more jobs to get paid more, but if he sees something done incorrectly,
it’s in his nature to fix it. We trust him to get the job done, and he and his team have proven they deserve our trust.
If it matters to you that he and his team are respectful, nice and use no profanities, then yet another box is checked! ( A characteristic we found unusual for tradespeople.)

Excellent service with Sean. He gave me best price quote, worked my job in for end of next day, and installed what appears to be a nice toilet for the basement. Everything is spic and span clean and absolutely no complaints. Have lots more projects down the road including furnace cleaning and will not hesitate to call on him. Highly recommend

Sean was very thorough and knowledgeable in dealing with some DIY issues inherited from a previous Owner. In addition to replacing garburator, kitchen tap and four new bathroom taps he also installed two sets of shutoff valves in two bathrooms and replaced two existing sets in other two bathrooms. Also, he repaired alignment as dishwasher hookup was incorrect - angle was up from drain instead of down. He is very friendly and I really appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me. Will definitely have him back to replace water softener in the next few months. Thanks Again.

Was having problems with my existing hot water tank. Sean replaced a part then came and replaced it again when I had the same problem (only charging me once). Then when I began having problems again, he researched, spoke to other professionals to get more opinions about the problem. When we finally came to the conclusion it needed replacing, he was able to come within TWO DAYS and did an awesome job! He takes pride in his work and it shows.

Called Art and his team in to correct a substandard installation of a high efficiency furnace in a stacked townhouse with no drain in the furnace room. Heathcliff Mechanical added a condensate pump to furnace and plumbed drain to the sink. Great job!
Fast, efficient and cleans up after themselves. Would not know that they had been in the except that the required work is obviously completed.
