We found Highcliff Mechanical on this site when we were looking to get an air conditioner. After getting quotes from other companies, it was Sean that made us feel most comfortable in getting the job done with Highcliff
We have 5 critical requirements when hiring a tradesperson, and Sean and his team checked all the boxes, and added a few more. This was our criteria: 1. Trustworthy 2. Efficient 3.knowledgeable 4. Fair pricing 5. Quality of work(level of excellence)
When Sean came out to replace our Poly b, he discovered deficiencies in plumbing and heating that was 30 years old. He is very smart, and does impeccable work. To him “doing it right” is a given. This is not common with all trades people. When he installed our air conditioner, he recognized our furnace was not installed properly (10 years prior)…he was right! He doesn’t seek out more jobs to get paid more, but if he sees something done incorrectly,
it’s in his nature to fix it. We trust him to get the job done, and he and his team have proven they deserve our trust.
If it matters to you that he and his team are respectful, nice and use no profanities, then yet another box is checked! ( A characteristic we found unusual for tradespeople.)
