We found Highcliff Mechanical on this site when we were looking to get an air conditioner. After getting quotes from other companies, it was Sean that made us feel most comfortable in getting the job done with Highcliff We have 5 critical requirements when hiring a tradesperson, and Sean and his team checked all the boxes, and added a few more. This was our criteria: 1. Trustworthy 2. Efficient 3.knowledgeable 4. Fair pricing 5. Quality of work(level of excellence) When Sean came out to replace our Poly b, he discovered deficiencies in plumbing and heating that was 30 years old. He is very smart, and does impeccable work. To him “doing it right” is a given. This is not common with all trades people. When he installed our air conditioner, he recognized our furnace was not installed properly (10 years prior)…he was right! He doesn’t seek out more jobs to get paid more, but if he sees something done incorrectly, it’s in his nature to fix it. We trust him to get the job done, and he and his team have proven they deserve our trust. If it matters to you that he and his team are respectful, nice and use no profanities, then yet another box is checked! ( A characteristic we found unusual for tradespeople.) Highcliff Mechanical is our forever go to for everything plumbing and HVAC.

We had some crumbled stucco on our walkout, and thought the fix would be cheap and easy. After talking with David, we discovered there’s a fix, and there’s a Next Generation fix. Their repair was beyond what we expected. Extremely efficient, great workmanship, pride in their work, and a commitment to getting it done right. Like a really great haircut, we keep looking at our stucco repair and comment to each other what a great decision it was to do it, and having Nex Gen getting it done! It is such a pleasure dealing with respectful, knowledgeable and nice tradespeople. We will tell everyone we know about their great work. We have a 25 year old fireplace that a previous service company said was unrepairable, and needed to be replaced for $5000. I called Trent, and he knew exactly what we needed, where to find the part and repaired our fireplace for $250! Wow. On time, responsive, knowledgeable and clean. I will use them from now on!
