The Job Got Done

East York

Communication was responsive and quick. Problem arose when the partial work did not pass inspection. Exir fixed the issue and inspector was happy. Lesson's were learned and experience was gained by all parties.

Plumbing Stack Repair

The previous owners of my house had improperly replaced the cast iron stack with faulty ABS connections and left two pieces of the stack that were still cracked. After discovering a serious leak in my basement coming from the stack above, I reached out to HomeStars to get quotes.

Exir Plumbing sent Mehrdad to consult with me where he diagnosed the problem and gave me a very fair estimate for his services, including the recommendation for installing a cleanout in the basement. Mehrdad went above and beyond, removing the cracked cast iron above (main floor ceiling) and below (basement ceiling), and repairing the previous faulty ABS connections.

I feel so relieved to have this problem fixed and I would highly recommend Exir to anyone.
