Located the slow leak from solder joint in the wall. Needed to cut through plaster to investigate exactly where it was.

They responded to our issue and quote request very quickly with very friendly, polite and clear communication from Shiva. She sent a lovely Plumber, Mehrdad, to our home the following day to help resolve the leak we had from a supply pipe to the floor drain in the mechanical
room using a ball valve. He also helped to reseal our kitchen sink as it was leaking too.
