My bathtub drain was blocked and backed up due to a drain snake and hair being stuck. Azan came and cleared it very quickly and resolved an issue I'd had for almost 2 weeks, in an hour. My bathtub is perfect again! He was quick and respectful, and gave me advice on what product to use to prevent this in the future. I would recommend Azan for the excellent & reliable service

One of my Shut Off Valves was leaking. Called around to get quotes. One company gave me a quote sight unseen; another gave me a quote from a poor pic I took (I didn't realize I had 2 shut off valves). Azan was the only one to ask for a full picture of the valves and meter, and suggested a better solution (ie, shut off valve before the meter, and a Hose Bib Adapter after the meter to drain the system when needed). He was very professional throughout, followed-up and confirmed, and let me know when he was running 15 minutes late due to traffic. I'm very glad I hired Azan.
