Here's a summary of the work done by Nassers team: 1) Replaced the washer hose bibs, as they were seized up.
2) Replaced the main bathroom shut-off valve, which was also seized and would not turn off. This will save over $200 per month due to the small daily leak.
3) Installed a new supply hose.
Tightened the loose lavatory faucet upstairs.
All work completed on time.
