I needed someone to fix a leaking shower faucet for a condo unit downtown. Nassar made arrangements with the tenant upon my request and diagnosed and fixed the issues on one day.

One of my Shut Off Valves was leaking. Called around to get quotes. One company gave me a quote sight unseen; another gave me a quote from a poor pic I took (I didn't realize I had 2 shut off valves). Azan was the only one to ask for a full picture of the valves and meter, and suggested a better solution (ie, shut off valve before the meter, and a Hose Bib Adapter after the meter to drain the system when needed). He was very professional throughout, followed-up and confirmed, and let me know when he was running 15 minutes late due to traffic. I'm very glad I hired Azan.

This is the third job we have used Nassar plumbing for. They are responsive, reasonably priced (best call out charge I've come across) and really listen to your objectives. The work is good quality and they clean up really nicely after each job. We have used them for shower hardware replacement, laundry tub replacement and sump pump review and fix.
