Very good monitoring system. We were very happy to know that our house was protected properly against possible robberies. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and co-workers.

Forgot to contact Alarm Force regarding a compromised credit card and had some follow up calls to deal with. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and always are. No charges for the missed payment and we are back on track. Thanks Alarmforce!

Our Credit card had been compromised, so we had to cancel it. Forgot to contact Alarm Force, so they contacted us. We gave the updated info when New card arrived. Very pleasant/helpful on the phone, and there was no extra charge for the missed payment.

I set this up for my Grandma, she had a fall and now I want her to be monitored and safe. They have been professional and reliable up to this date. I have no complaints and feel peace of mind knowing she is being watched over.

TERRIBLE!! The equipment they install is a joke, the camera quality is the worst. My system goes offline by-itself and the app never works. I had my alarm go off and they dispatched seciurity.. an HOUR AND A HALF WENT BY BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP. Also when your alarm goes off it lasts 2 minuets then goes silent so anyone robbing your house can now do it in peace, SAVE your MONEY this company is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!

They installed hideous equipment that fell apart in no time! The technician advised me that I was on a one year contract, only to find out that it was actually THREE (they offer nothing less), my fault for being rushed and not stopping to read the contract…when I called to cancel they offered no early cancellation fee, instead they advised me that I would have to pay for each month remaining in my contract ( I don’t even think that cell phone companies can do this anymore!!) Anyhow, the customer service is awful, the equipment is bottom of the barrel and not very easy on the eyes, I wouldn’t recommend these guys to ANYONE!!!

I relocated after having this service for year. My new complex already has monitoring services as a part of the lease and they have a specified company who monitors for its tenants so I could not use AlarmForce. I called to cancel services and was told I either need to get the new tenant who I do not know or who may not even exist to take over the contract or pay. This company is money hungry. They DO NOT care about thier customers. Most companies will not charge thier customers for cancellation in circumstances where it is impossible for them to keep services. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Go somewhere else!

I am very happy to have AlarmForce as my home security system. The customer service has always been helpful and friendly. We now have a peace of mind that our family is safe during the day and at night.

I used to have an account with Alarm force at our Saskatoon address and cancelled it a yr ago. We had no issues when we had the account.
My problem is that Alarmforce kept my credit card info on file and now that the tenant is that placed has signed a new contract Alarmforce is billing my credit card for it!! I have called them several times and they deny that that could possibly be happening. They then sent me a copy of my tenants contract with their credit card info, personal info etc on it. Unbelievable!!
I've left 5 messages for the manager to call me but he doesn't have the courage to do so.
Very frustrated and would never recommend you give this company your credit card info as they have no idea on how to handle private information or know the law on how long they can keep it.

I just wanted to write to let you know that the telephone experience I had today with Amadi Rucker was informative and has helped me to make my decision to maintain my alarm monitoring to continue on with AlarmForce.

As my agreement was set to expire at the end of May I had done some research on the costs for using a different alarm monitoring company starting for June 2015. Amadi was able to explain the reason the costs were slightly lower for the monthly monitoring.
With this information and the great service I have received over the last three years, I have made a decision to stay with AlarmForce on a month to month agreement for my home security.
