They talk nice until you sign the contract and after that they don't care weather you are happy with their poor quality service or not.
I had to replace my door because of the poor unprofesonal installetion and all sensors from doors falls off.watch where they put sensors or they just drill where they want.on my garage they left me with big hole were I had to reseal it my self.the quality of the cameras is so bad you can't even tell the difference between colour or person.how good is that??? Please watch were you get in to for 3 years!!!
I do not recommend this service for even for free.

Had Alarm Force for our commercial business. They are very friendly when setting up and taking your money. We were broken into in Feb 2015 and the criminals got to the alarm system and broke the box. No signal was sent to the monitoring center. When we called the company, they blamed us first (said you probably didn't set the alarm which I'm 100% sure I did and they couldn't even tell if it was armed or not). Second, they couldn't set up a replacement system for 5 days. When we tried to cancel, they refuse to let us out of the contract. I do not feel protected with this company and CANNOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

A couple of years ago my house was broken into on 3 occasions in 1 month at this time I had no alarm system never had a reason too. Very scarey experience!! I called Alarm Force they were very quick to help and set me up to make me feel safe again! Every time it have had to call them they quickly resolve my issues today I talked to Ruchi and she was able to help me as usual! I would refer Alarm Force to anyone and you will feel safe once again!! Thank you Alarm Force
