Had Alarm Force for our commercial business. They are very friendly when setting up and taking your money. We were broken into in Feb 2015 and the criminals got to the alarm system and broke the box. No signal was sent to the monitoring center. When we called the company, they blamed us first (said you probably didn't set the alarm which I'm 100% sure I did and they couldn't even tell if it was armed or not). Second, they couldn't set up a replacement system for 5 days. When we tried to cancel, they refuse to let us out of the contract. I do not feel protected with this company and CANNOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.
