A year and a half ago, my life changed when someone tried to break into my house on two separate occasions. I was home both times and I lived alone and I was scared. Friends and colleagues suggested a security system. I had concerns about operating a complicated system, high cost and a change in lifestyle. The Alarm Force system is easy to use and is reasonably priced and I have always received excellent customer service. I feel safe again in my home and that is priceless.

Joined up with Alarm Force two months ago. Very happy with quality and level of service experienced so far. Commitments made have been honoured and service personnel have been punctual knowledgeable and professional.

Received a notice of low sensor battery. Called, problem diagnosed, Appointment set and suggested upgrade confirmed. Technician completed all work with very little disruption and was knowledgeable about the service. Company is customer oriented.

Holy Crap, the fees they charge is ridiculous. To turn on AlarmForce Connect, the app they charge $2.95/mo for: FIFTY DOLLARS! Just to turn it on. Unbelievable. Go someplace else, you can do alarm systems for a couple hundred dollars.

We've been with Alarm Force for 15 years and have had excellent technical and customer service for a modest price. Living in a rural area has not affected the high quality of service.

Since I joined Alarm Force 10 years ago I have the peace of mind when leaving for work, or going for vacation, the best thing is I sleep like a baby knowing Alarm Force watching over me, best customer service, Thank you.

I have been pleased with my service with Alarm Force, I have been a customer with them for over 2 years. The price for their system is much affordable than another alarm system that I had before I switched to Alarm Force and I get way more things for a much better price. Also the price of my service has not went up once unlike the other alarm system company I had which seem to go up every year. I am the fourth person in my family to switch to Alarm force and would recommend to anyway who is looking for a great service for a great price.

I have had AlarmForce for the last 2 years and could not be happier with the company. I have never had any issues when I called for service. Everytime an upgrade was available, I was able to get it installed for free. My bill is reasonable for the service and lower than others that I know of.

we moved from toronto to whitby and our new house came with a security system we forgot to bring alarm force with us so we waited until the term was up and did not hesitate to switch back to AF my only concern was we had no land line and to my pleasant surprise AF was able to accomondate us with a wireless connection. so both my wife and myself are happy to be back in the AF family

I hear all the commercials about Alarm Force and wondered if they weren't just playing to our fears...and I hesitated to have the alarm installed because of this. However, I did have the system installed as my husband travels a lot in his job and I have never been more happy with a system and with the element of how "safe" I feel having my home monitored by Alarm Force. Today I called about a service call and adding an extra feature of remote access to our system and was once agian so impressed by the high level of customer service. Carols C was an absolute star, intuitive, knew what I wanted and never once tried to sell me something else or talk me out of what I wanted. Alarm Force continues to excel in a world where customer services ceases to exist. Maybe that's because they DO care about our personal safety.
