We are getting rid of our phone line as it's rarely used but didn't know what impact it would have on our alarm system. After a quick chat with Alarm Force they explained their cellwave technology which allows us to maintain our two-way voice system. In addition, we can now arm/disarm the system from our smart phones. Though this service costs an additional $10/month, it's less than the $30/month we paid for our phone line. All in all we're very satisfied with Alarm Force's products and their customer service.

I phoned around for some home alarm quotes. Alarmforce provided competitive pricing and unique options (no land-line required). The install tech seemed knowledgeable. They were even able to monitor my detached garage (some other companies could not do this). I've had a few false alarms, but they were my fault. Happy with the service, and feel safer in my home now.

After 10 years with this company, I have never had any problems or issues that were not resolved quickly and in a very helpful and friendly manner. Very happy overall with all my experiences.

I have been using AlarmForce for almost 3 years now for my business. It's simple and effective. I am glad that I have a separate master code from my employees, and they each have their own. If I have any questions and concerns, customer service clarifies them fairly quickly. I also have a VideoRelay system. It is great to watch my business when I'm not there. It definitely comforts me to know everything is running smoothly. Technical support is quick to show up to my business if I have any major issues. I pay just under $42.00 each month, and have been satisfied with the service. I would recommend AlarmForce to everyone else.

My family is not using the home phone at all, so I'm planning to cancel the service, but this will affect my security system. So I called the custom service of Alarm Force. They offer me the cellwave service to solve my issue, and some discounts for the new feature. They get everything done in less 10mins. The best custom service ever!

I am more than satisfied with Alarm Force and have been with the company since April of 1999.
I am guilty of setting off the alarm system myself more times than I wish to admit by not disarming my system as soon as I enter my residence. However, on each occasion, Alarm Force is immediately on the telephone with me asking for my password and if I am alright. I apologize each time for not disarming my system and they seem very understanding of same. I have spoken to many of their representatives over the years and just today, February 21st, I set the alarm off again and spoke to Ruchi Patel who was very gracious and understanding. They have never charged me for any errors on my part and for this I am most grateful!! They really are on the ball!!!!!
I have referred Alarm Force to two of my friends in the past and they are still registered with the company.
