I just wanted to write to let you know that the telephone experience I had today with Amadi Rucker was informative and has helped me to make my decision to maintain my alarm monitoring to continue on with AlarmForce. As my agreement was set to expire at the end of May I had done some research on the costs for using a different alarm monitoring company starting for June 2015. Amadi was able to explain the reason the costs were slightly lower for the monthly monitoring. With this information and the great service I have received over the last three years, I have made a decision to stay with AlarmForce on a month to month agreement for my home security. Thank you Amadi for the great service.
