I used to be a customer of alarm force, until 1 day my alarm went off, they called and said " we will send out our security right away" Well 3 hrs later after I got off work and arrived home, they were just showing up!!!!!! I asked the so called security guard, why are you just showing up now? His response " we are busy"! Never ever trust he guys to look after your house!

I had the remote monitoring system added to my current system today. Kenneth was patient in advising me how the system works.

We've been a customer of Alarm Force for 7 years now. Lightning struck our home and took out our box. I noticed on the website that they had some new products out so I called to inquire about getting my box fixed or upgrading. The first person I spoke to was very helpful but I needed to call back from home to see what was going on with my box. The next two technical support people I spoke with however weren't the same. After some consideration I decided to cancel my service. I called to do so and spoke with Sherry in the Loyalty Department she apologized for all the confusion and made it right so we will be staying with Alarm Force. Just goes to show not to let one person spoil the entire company.

I won't deal with Alarmforce again and I think everyone needs to know how they treat you once they have your money. After selling my home, the new owners assumed the remainder of the contract. I was charged the monthly fee a couple days before the new owners took ownership and I was assured a refund cheque would be issued. That was 2 1/2 months ago....several phone calls later and still no cheque. I waited the 4-6 weeks and called back customer care and was told the billing/accounting team still has to sign the cheque! I am absolutely appalled. A customer should not have to jump through that many hoops. It takes the accounting team over 2 months to sign a cheque? Are you kidding me! They were probably counting on me to forget about this so they could keep the money. I am left waiting and wondering if i'll ever see that money. One thing is for sure though, I won't deal with Alarmforce again!!! Not to mention the issue I had when I 1st signed up.

Alarmforce has treated me very well over the past 4 years. I recently got divorced and called to cancel my service and the rep offered two months free until I got my bills in order and now I am doing great and just added to my service. I would recommend Alarmforce to anyone looking to protect their family and receive great customer service!

Alarmforce has always been extremely good in terms of how they treat, communicate and service their customers. I have been a customer for over 4 years now and have never had any problems with support calls I have made, with false alarms that have occurred (usually my fault), moves, plan changes etc. Highly, highly satisfied with the peace of mind, excellent service and slight discounts on insurance provided because of alarm monitoring systems

Good customer service. Quick to respond to activation (whether false or true alarm). I have no complaints about choosing this company!
Installation was quick and easy as well, and I did not need to buy expensive equipment.

I have had Alarm Force Alarm and Video services for the past 2 years. I have found the service to be excellent. When a problem arises I am impressed with the friendly service and prompt attention to the issues. I would recommend Alarm Force (both Alarm and Video systems) to anyone.

We just had AlarmForce install an alarm system for our business. We are very impressed with the service!! Marcel did the installation. He was very professional, patient, and ensured we understood everything before he left. Would highly recommend this company!!!
