I won't deal with Alarmforce again and I think everyone needs to know how they treat you once they have your money. After selling my home, the new owners assumed the remainder of the contract. I was charged the monthly fee a couple days before the new owners took ownership and I was assured a refund cheque would be issued. That was 2 1/2 months ago....several phone calls later and still no cheque. I waited the 4-6 weeks and called back customer care and was told the billing/accounting team still has to sign the cheque! I am absolutely appalled. A customer should not have to jump through that many hoops. It takes the accounting team over 2 months to sign a cheque? Are you kidding me! They were probably counting on me to forget about this so they could keep the money. I am left waiting and wondering if i'll ever see that money. One thing is for sure though, I won't deal with Alarmforce again!!! Not to mention the issue I had when I 1st signed up.
