Our furnace died, and we were without ac during a flash heat wave. Kevin was able to get in and assess within a day, and a few days later replace our broken old) furnace. They were very considerate of my family during the installation; pausing drilling while my toddler was napping. They also took the time to educate me about ways to save money on heating costs and energy savings.

We live in a 3 story house, the top floor is always hot in the summer. We have central air con, but there was a significant difference between the top floor temp and the main floor. We were also concerned about unsightly and intrusive air con units, and noise. Kev suggested a ceiling cassette. He and his team mounted it through the attic, and the unit is flush with the ceiling. What a difference it made in temperature! It is also whisper quiet. The top floor is the now the same temp as the bottom floor, and the unit is powerful enough to cool a portion of the middle floor as well. Great suggestion, and amazing install. We are super happy with the job.

We had a gas leak on a Sunday afternoon, -10 outside. Enbridge came out and cut our gas and we had to find someone to fix our leak. We tried a few highly rated companies but they wanted to charge a fortune to fix the issue and wanted to add lots of additional things when all we wanted was our heating back.

We were put in contact with Kevin who came out right away and fixed the issue and got our heating back in no time. He kept us updated on cost so we knew at all times how much it was going to cost and worked late until the job was completed.

We moved into a new house with 2 babies in tow so we needed to have as minimal disruption as possible. Kevin came within hours of our stove arriving and did the installation quick and clean. Due to a shoddy kitchen Reno by the previous owners the floor was uneven. Kevin meticulously moved and adjusted the tremendously heavy stove over and over until it was 100% level. Now my eggs stay in the center of my pan where they belong.

We had Kevin come into our newly bought house after the inspector had flagged our furnace was in immediate need of some TLC (cracked hoses, dirty etc.) We also had a brand new washer dryer that needed to be vented out our attic since laundry was on the 2nd floor.

Kevin was prompt, courteous and explained every bit of his procedure thoroughly. When the job proved to be longer than anticipated due to the neglect suffered by our furnace from previous owners, Kevin worked diligently to repair and clean the furnace to within an inch of its life! We got both jobs done completely and the workmanship was number 1. He had to use a kit with the new dryer that had it vent out the side. He was knowledgeable, very hardworking and totally accessible. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality HVAC you can TRUST.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and courteous doing a throrough clean job without cutting any corners. I would recommend him to anybody and will definately call him on my next job.
