Vlad, Tony and team underpinned/dug out the basement of my 110 year old brick house. In addition to this they also replaced the structure on the main floor so the dividing walls could be removed. I initially reached out to a number of companies for help, with a few responding and providing quotes. Vlad took a non-nonsense / common sense approach from the start, advising me on how best to approach the project while minimizing risk and cost. Every time I had a question / concern he was typically available within an hour, even when on holiday with his family. On the few occasions we had issues they were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. He took the project personally and demonstrated this accountability in how responsive he was with me. We recently purchased a house in the Beach. Roof was in a terrible condition and required new gutters, cladding and replacement of rotten roof joists. Eclipse provided a great service and did the work whilst we were away. We had a gas leak on a Sunday afternoon, -10 outside. Enbridge came out and cut our gas and we had to find someone to fix our leak. We tried a few highly rated companies but they wanted to charge a fortune to fix the issue and wanted to add lots of additional things when all we wanted was our heating back. We were put in contact with Kevin who came out right away and fixed the issue and got our heating back in no time. He kept us updated on cost so we knew at all times how much it was going to cost and worked late until the job was completed. I would highly recommend Kevin and will absolutely have him back.
