Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

They came to repair my fridge fairly promptly. They claimed they fixed the fridge, but it only wrked for a couple of days and then it stopped working again.

They came back and did something else and again the fridge only worked for a couple of days.

Finally, they told me that the fridge was not repairable because the part needed was no longer available. This whole process took about a week and I ended up being charged $430 for a repair that could never have been done in the first place.

Had they told me after their first repair visit that the fridge was not fixable and charged me for that visit alone. I would have no issues.

But they came back a second time tried to repair it and did not succeed then charged me for all the visits that failed to repair the fridge.

I ended up ordering a new fridge which took almost a month to be delivered.

Purchased Best buy extended appliances insurance. Technician come second day after call. Fixed problem right away

It was a warranty repair from Electrolux. Prior to elite there was company dispatched and the guy did no due diligence. Elite was professional answered all queries , checked thoroughly and returned back to replace.
From start to finish was a good experience with a seasoned technician.

I purchased a new gas range from Costco last week and after it was all set up it was determined that the oven was not igniting. Elite Appliance repair was dispatched to my home and Andy was able to determine the issue very quickly. The repair was completed and the range now functions properly. Great service! I called Elite for a weird noise coming from my LG dishwasher and they arranged an inspection the next day. The technician is super friendly and diagnosed the issue. The technician just left my house and not only did he did an amazing job fixing my washing machine quickly, he provided recommendations on what to look for in the future in case it happens again. He was polite and also brought a pair of indoor shoes. He left the place better than he found it. Cant ask for anything better. Would definitely call them again!

I recently purchased a LG refrigerator and started having issues with the freezer over cooling and these ice shavings all over the freezer. I called GE and they registered my request and put me in touch with Elite appliance service. I got a call within 48 hrs to book a service. The tech who showed up was very professional and he fixed the issue (seal not proper). He even cleaned up the wet mess that was inadvertently caused from all the ice and water. He left my kitchen as clean as before and fixed the issue. I was very happy with his professionalism and quick work (work order number :573400).
