Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

Our washer was delivered in July but we didnt use it until November. It was shaking violently and so I called the manufacturer for service. They arranged for a technician to service the appliance. Andy, our technician, was very professional and courteous. He provided thorough explanations and was knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their service to friends and family.

Work Order #572120 - Elite provided excellent service and quite speedy as well. From diagnosis to work completion, it took 3 days including ordering parts. The repairman was so knowledgeable, polite and professional. I highly recommend Elite for appliance repairs whether under warranty or not.

It was a warranty repair, they did not fix my issue at all and just blamed the issue on me. It is ending its cycle full of water and Grinding during operation.

Quick and professional services provided by the rep from Elite appliance service. The gentleman attended to our Bosch dryer and did an evaluation to see what the issue was. He was quick, polite and efficient. He came back the second time and had the part ordered and installed quick. He did a thorough check and made sure the machine was working. I should also add that the service technician was very respectful. Great etiquette in not dragging his outdoor shoes into the home and brought his own slippers out of respect for any customer and their home. I highly recommend this company for any equipment service. They are knowledgeable and quick.

There were a few issues with our new fridge and Frigidaire recommended Elite Appliance service to inspect and repair the unit under warranty. The technician assigned to work order number 571142 arrived promptly and was very knowledgable and explained everything clearly. I would recommend Elite for appliance service.
