This whole process took 2 months, the team was not proactive with communication. I had to call to receive any sort of update details. It took 3 weeks to schedule a technician to be onsite and an additional week when they determined 2 technicians were required. When the appointment finally arrived, only 1 person showed up, and had he have truly diagnosed the issue - the resolution could have happened the following appointment. The part that was ordered took 3 times as long to arrive than quoted, and no one was keeping me updated with details. Finally, when determined the system was fixed and the hoses behind the unit were in need of replacement - the team did not assist or wait 15 minutes for me to retrieve these from the store - to restore everything and ensure it's working fine. All in all, this seems like the company doesn't care, isn't proactive or communicative and out for money.
