Salesman was easy to deal with, set price and schedule a time to install roof and new gutters. Install crew showed up as scheduled completed job on time with no problems cleaned up work site reviewed work with lots of pictures of installation. House looks great with new steel roof and gutters.

Although a waiting period was predicted, the company called me about an opening soon after my order was placed. A friendly and clean cut crew of four arrived the next day. They had no problem dealing with the challenges posed by my 145 year old house and finished the job in only two days. The roof looks and works great. I think it is somewhat quieter than my old roof and what little I can hear during heavy rain has a more pleasant sound. My heating bills are lower too. Recently, a large tree branch fell on the roof right at a critical seam. I called head office and they fixed it perfectly two days later. I think the London roof is classier and more stylish than all others and the one piece top to bottom panels mean fewer potential problems down the road and as demonstrated, very easy repair which is more important than you might have thought. Note: This site seems to show that I am in London. I am actually in Hamilton.

After many quotes from different companies we decided to go with London Eco Roof. The salesman, Rick was very patient and accommodating while trying to pick a colour and quick to return out calls. We are very pleased with the outcome although it did take longer than expected to get it stated and to complete. I would definitely recommend this company.

I hired this company based on an advertisement in the Scarborough Mirror. The sales representative came out to see me and was very informative about the product and provided an estimate of the cost. He advised that the job would take approximately 3-4 days. The workers were very competent and completed the job to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with their work ethics and they left everything clean and in order when finished. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in this service.

We wanted a metal roof and something that would create curb appeal for our home. After looking at several other vendors, we chose Eco-Roof. The salesperson, Richard, was very knowledgeable with no pressure. Once we provided the deposit, unfortunately, communication was a problem. We were told that our roof would be done in December and by the beginning of January, we still hadn't heard from them. After several calls, the installers arrived at the end of January to do the prep work. We sat for a few more days with no work being done and no calls. Worry set in and so did the February nice weather. The installers finally came back and we are very pleased with the final outcome. Communication needs to be improved on project timing and installation. Otherwise a great job.

The new roof looks great! I can't believe just how much warmer the upstairs is (even with this milder winter) saving me on my heating costs. I can hardly wait until summer as I was told that my new metal roof would also be keeping my place cooler. One thing I am struggling with is that my satellite dish has blown off the roof twice.

Armed with very satisfactory responses, we decided to move forward with the installation. What a smart move! The installers were very professional, explained the steps along the way, answered any questions I had, and yes, I was a pest, The temperatures were above 30 degrees C by 10am in the morning and they worked long days and worked hard! They always had a smile no matter how hot it was. I was so impressed by their professionalism and excellent work ethics! I would strongly recommend and urge anyone who is seeking shingle replacement to do your homework as I did and choose the best-London Eco-Roof!
