We were happy with all aspects of this company. The salesperson who first met with us was very informative and answered all of our questions. We never felt under any pressure to make a quick decision. This was key for us as it is a big investment to put a metal roof on your house. He gave us several addresses in London that let us see the various types and colours of roof that this company had installed. It was very helpful. We were also very pleased with the crew who installed the roof. They were hard working and very courteous. They took few breaks and worked long hours to get the task completed. Great crew. We also were pleased to work with a company who was situated in London. We had quotes from out of town companies, however in the long run, we wanted to find a reputable company in London. We are very pleased with our roof and would not hesitate to recommend this company, London Eco-Roof Manufacturing.

Salesman was very courteous and to the point. Answered all my questions and inquiries with a satisfied grin. The Job was done in a timely fashion and very professional. However, the cleanup was shabby, found lots of screws and pieces of metal in eaves trough and on the lawn. Overall I like the finished product. The house looks like it is fitted with an armoured suit. Some neighbours are already requesting information. I will gladly recommend to anyone needing a new roof.

Had been needing to do our roof and got a quote from London Eco-Roof Manufacturing. The salesman was great and knew what he was talking about. Unfortunately, communication after that wasn't that great and we didn't get our roof done until about 2 months after the salesperson said we would get it. I don't know if this was the salespersons fault or the companies as the salesperson said we would get our roof done in mid September but when we called the company they said if wouldn't be done until later. We got our roof done in November and the workers were amazing.

Met with London Eco-Roof at the fall home show in Ottawa. We had some very specific issues and concerns with the low slope roof on our sunroom, which had some on going water problems during the spring thaw.

Salesperson visited our home twice, to ensure our issues we properly understood, mesurements were taken, and quote was given.

We had some very strict timelines for installation, and all conditions were met, with job being completed in one day as promised.

Very satisfied with overall experience, and would easily recommend to family and friends.

Before the work began, Cliff went through everything with me, so I knew how the roof-system worked. The work crew worked hard and were courteous. Installation took longer than expected, possibly due to the cold weather. Work area was left quite clean. Overall, very happy with the roof.

We were so impressed with Cliff, who promptly arranged to meet with us at our home, and gave us excellent suggestions, information on the product, and a very fair quote. He was very knowledgeable, and was in touch with us throughout the entire process.
We were surprised that the installation started much sooner than we expected....and was completed before we knew it.
The experienced installers seemed to take a lot of pride in their work, and were personable, respectful, diligent, and left everything so nice and neat at the end of each work day. They even swept our 'entire' back deck, even though their debris from the installation was limited to a small area.
We were surprised to find that the roof is not at all noisy inside our house, when it's raining or hailing. Our monthly power/gas bills seems to be lower, as well....something that we didn't consider or expect.
We've had many compliments on our beautiful Eco-Roof, and there has been much interest expressed in the product.

London Eco Roof sent a well qualified crew too install our roof in less than a week.Since we live on a corner lot we have had numerous people comment on how great the roof looks.The roof is high quality and very stylish.I would highly recommend this company for any roofing job.The price we payed was far less than i expected and we have a 55 year guarantee for an added piece of mind.

All workers were very professional and friendly. Materials were delivered on time and all work was completed to my specifications. I have skylights which caused me some concern, but the workers did a very good job. It would have been easier and faster if you had ready made flashing for around the skylights to fit the sheet metal. I would highly recommend London Eco-Roofing to my family and friends.

Had a Great experience with the company. they showed up and talked all the way through of what they where gonna do first before they did it. I was afraid of stuff going into a koi pond I have in my yard and they made sure that nothing fell in or material around it. I was so pleased with their work I have told family members and neighbors.
