Although a waiting period was predicted, the company called me about an opening soon after my order was placed. A friendly and clean cut crew of four arrived the next day. They had no problem dealing with the challenges posed by my 145 year old house and finished the job in only two days. The roof looks and works great. I think it is somewhat quieter than my old roof and what little I can hear during heavy rain has a more pleasant sound. My heating bills are lower too. Recently, a large tree branch fell on the roof right at a critical seam. I called head office and they fixed it perfectly two days later. I think the London roof is classier and more stylish than all others and the one piece top to bottom panels mean fewer potential problems down the road and as demonstrated, very easy repair which is more important than you might have thought. Note: This site seems to show that I am in London. I am actually in Hamilton.
