This company was fantastic. Cliff was very kind and professional and we didn't have to wait long for the roofers to come and install it and they were done in a day and a half with no mess left behind. The price for a metal roof was also very reasonable. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy with the product!

Our previous roof only lasted 12 years. We decided to opt for a more permanent roof. After checking out numerous sites and companies, we were impressed by the ECO-Roof product. As the result of the helpful meetings we had with our salesperson, John we were able to make an informed decision to purchase our metal roof, feeling very confident about the quality of the roof to be installed. After the installation occurred in a timely and efficient manner, we knew we had made an excellent decision.

We saw a couple of homes in the neighborhood go with the metal roof option, and decided to get quotes from a couple of roofing companies.

Then met with Kham from London Eco-roof; very direct and upfront about the costs/benefits of metal roof.

Materials were delivered late June, and the actual prep and installation started in July and took 5 days to complete. The team was very punctual and diligent -- didn't leave any mess behind.

When our relatively new neighbourhood got to be a certain age, everyone seemed to need a roof replacement at once. There was plenty of competition for our business among various roof companies and we collected numerous quotes, then swapped our research findings with neighbours.

Those who didn't know whether they would be moving house in the next few years went the cheaper route and got regular shingles. We don't plan to move and figured even if something unforeseen took place that caused us to relocate, having a metal roof would only enhance our chances of a resale.

We contacted London Eco-Roof after admiring a new metal roof in our area, and we are so glad we did! Not only has the curb appeal of our home increased dramatically, we are relieved to never have to go through all that research again; should fate intervene and force us to change address, we would not hesitate to replace any future roof with a metal roof from London Eco-Roof as well.

An added bonus was the surprisingly affordable price tag; some of the regular shingle quotes we got were more than two thirds of the cost of our metal roof, which we didn't think made a lot of sense for something that would need to be done again in another ten years or so.

Everyone we dealt with at the company was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The crew worked fast but meticulously; when I noticed a bit of excess grout that could only be seen from a window above, they happily re-did that section. When the roof team played music too loud, they apologized and immediately turned down the volume. All in all, it was a pleasant experience with (much longer!) lasting results.

Last summer we decided that we had enough of having to replace our shingles every ten years or so. We researched a lot of companies and London Eco Roof Manufacturing sounded very appealing to us.
The salesperson Greg Huk was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable, answered all our questions. He brought us the samples we requested. We liked the colors, the quality and the reasonable price.
There was some miscommunication with the delivery of the materials and when the job was supposed to be done. That sorted out, the installers lead by Tony did a great job, were friendly and efficient, and finished on time, cleaning up afterwards.
We are happy with our new roof. Our friends and neighbors are very interested, they like the appearance of our roof.
We would certainly recommend London Eco Roof Manufacturing to anyone interested in metal roof.

Sales process was easy and not pressure-packed. Scheduling the work was good - they worked within the family's schedules. Delivery, installation and final work was on time and as promised. Installers were friendly and respectful. Final project looks great - we are very happy. I would recommend London Eco-Roof to anybody looking to upgrade to a metal roof.

Great service and work. Even did the roof to my old fashioned well. The installers paid good attention to detail. Looks great and very sturdy! Very reasonable price. i would recommend them over and over again.

Overall we are satisfied with the work on our steel roof. The product color and style suited our house and we are happy with its appearance. The salesman Richard seemed sincere and knowledgeable. The workers were young and courteous. The lead worker, Christopher, was very pleasant and available to answer questions or make adjustments as requested. Finishing was pretty good, maybe for a detail person not quite where you would like it, but overall good.

As I was not in a rush to replace my roof I did have a lot of time to research many companies. After meeting and getting estimates from about 5 different roofing companies I found London Eco-Roofs to be the most value for the cost. Final price was 5000 to 8000 below cost of there competitors. The job was done on budget with no surprises and the quality roofing product, insulation, and warranty was at par or superior to that of there competitors. I would be happy to deal with them again and already recommended them to friends.

I did my metal roof last spring . People are stopping to take a look and some even take pictures with their cell phone. People knocking my door asking who did my roof and they too like it.
