We wanted a metal roof and something that would create curb appeal for our home. After looking at several other vendors, we chose Eco-Roof. The salesperson, Richard, was very knowledgeable with no pressure. Once we provided the deposit, unfortunately, communication was a problem. We were told that our roof would be done in December and by the beginning of January, we still hadn't heard from them. After several calls, the installers arrived at the end of January to do the prep work. We sat for a few more days with no work being done and no calls. Worry set in and so did the February nice weather. The installers finally came back and we are very pleased with the final outcome. Communication needs to be improved on project timing and installation. Otherwise a great job.
