We'd been having growing problems with our inherited Kenmore Elite dishwasher since we moved into our house three years ago. When a good-sized puddle appeared on the floor beside it on a Saturday, I called Cascade. Linda answered the phone while she was grocery shopping and said she'd call back when she was free. She did, and we made an appointment for Steve to come on the following Tuesday at 11.
Steve showed up ten minutes early - good first impression. His assessment of the problems was quick and thorough: the washer wasn't worth repairing. We were looking at throwing a lot of good money after bad to keep it running. I wasn't surprised, given the issues we'd been seeing. But then Steve patiently answered my long list of questions about what brands and models to look at.
