Ok, this is a long one.....the first time I called Steve and Linda they were leaving the next day for a long over-due vacation. Steve came out at almost 10PM to fix my washing machine so it would work before they went away. Since then, I have also had help with my dishwasher and dryer and Steve and Linda are always friendly, helpful, and beyond all fair. I recently moved and my Miele washing machine was giving me an error code. They trouble shot via text with me and suggested my pipes had frozen and gave me suggestions about how to protect my house immediately. They followed up a couple of days later with me (remember they aren't charging for this) and when we finally determined it was a frozen pipe because the machine worked when the temps rose, they were pleased. They saved me from a burst pipe and didn't charge a thing! Linda then said "I'm happy I could help, Miele would have charged a lot of come on site and not been able to help you". WHAT? I said why would I call them instead of you? She said Miele doesn't sell parts to other companies so you have to call them for future issues. Ok, not only did they save me BUT they did it all knowing I couldn't even use them in the future because my appliances are all Miele. I kind of hope they break and I can get new ones so that Cascade can help service when I need. I can not say enough about how much I respect them.
