One day, our front-loader Kenmore washing machine would no longer go to the spin (dry) cycle. I called Cascade because they were in our area -- but mainly because all of the reviews were stellar. I spoke to Linda. She was very friendly. She asked a bunch of questions. I told her that we would much prefer the technician arrive on Saturday morning of that week, if possible. They accommodated and arrived on time on Saturday (her and her technician husband, Steve). Twenty minutes later, the washer was fixed. It needed a specific item replaced and they had that item with them. I will not hesitate to call them again for any appliance-related issue. And they're dog-friendly.
