After a terrible experience with another service that ripped me off, I called Steve and Linda at Cascade and they came immediately to inspect my fridge that had quit. They came back the next day with the part and got it up and running. I also had issues with my stove and washing machine, and all appliances were fixed with maximum efficiency. I can't give a more glowing review for a reputable, friendly repair service than these two provide!! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Mississauga to Hamilton corridor. Thanks again!!!

My fridge stopped working on a Thursday evening, and my usual repair service wasn't available until the following Thursday. I called this company, and was quoted $80 for a Sunday service call that would be refunded if a repair was necessary. The young technician came, poked around my fridge, and told me that I would have to pay $280 + tax. before he could tell me exactly what needed to be fixed and give me full estimate. What a joke!!! I told him that I have never done business this way, and ended up signing the contract - the joke was clearly on me, He finished his inspection and presented me with a $880 estimate for parts and labour. I refused any more service, but was still out $280 + tax. Then I read the reviews, which I should have done first. Long story short, I read the reviews for Cascade Appliance Service, and Steve and Linda were fantastic!! My fridge is fixed and I would call them again in a heartbeat. My next review will be a 10/10 for them.
