Sam my technician diagnosed my washing machine problem as a bearing issue. He recommended i continue to use machine until the bearing completely let go, rather than an expensive part. I appreciated his advice rather than trying to offer me a new part and labour cost. This is my second time using JSN. Both times were good experiences.

Honest service and trustworthy. The part had to be ordered in. Instead of ordering it from one place he shopped around to get the better deal for the same part. Was also respectful not to make a mess. I would totally recommend JSN.

Called last minute for an emergency. They attended that day and were able to fix the issue. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Jennair wall oven out of the extended warranty period. Called Sam, he came following day, did the diagnosis, confirmed it is the control panel. He placed the order the following day and was very honest in the time expectations. Once he got the part, he called us, we didnt need to follow up and came and installed it in less than 1 hour.
Sam is a very professional and honest guy. Its not our first time and in all honesty even of the oven was in the extended warranty, I would have called him as he is way more professional and knowledgeable than the Jennie people who would come to the home and then call someone at their head office to guide them for repair

Sam, with JSN Appliance Repair, was polite, efficient, and effective. We called JSN to get our washer fixed. They request our name, address, and model number. They followed up within the hour, letting us know they'd be here the same day to do the repairs. They were all done in less than an hour. Great service. We will be using them again. Tech found problem. Was resolved due to blown fuse. Dryer is working again in no time!

Oven just stopped working when it was turned on.
I called a few places I had previously done business with and there wasnt anyone available for a few weeks.
Found a review for JSN on HomeStars which I have used before, so I felt reasonably confident in the service.
Called on a Friday afternoon - JSN took down the particulars and Model # and called back in a few minutes to say that their Technician Sam would be available to come out the same day but later in the evening.
Sam called when he was on his way & arrived on time.
The part was replaced neat & tidy.

Our washer was giving error messages and Sam Clares the error and said to use for some time
