Had a burnt plastic smell coming from dishwasher while running cycle and water did not drain. I was convinced from Google search that the issue was a common one, either pump or drain valve. To my surprise Sam identified off the bat that the pump was still working and after further diagnostic, found a blockage. He tested the machine thereafter and no more undrained water, or burnt smell. Sam was excellent regarding his communication re: time/arrival, repair/diagnostic, clean, knowledgeable and had new parts in hand just incase. Thank you Sam!

What can I say about First Choice Fence? They should be your first and only choice to be quite honest! Like all my other home renovations, I take my time and complete Due Diligence on all companies and people I call for quotes/estimates, so this site comes quite handy when doing so! Knowing a bit about the fencing trade and having completed many reno jobs big and small I knew I a good number for companies I should call for this particular job would be 10, as calling different companies in the middle of the peak season would probably eliminate 5-7 companies as the good reputable ones would be booked up and either schedule something for late fall(weather pending) or early spring the following year or you wont even get a courtesy call back. After making my initial round of calls I was bang on and was left with 3 companies and First Choice being one. Out of the 3, Pratema was THE ONLY COMPANY to actually come out and give a paper estimate for free(a few companies wanted to charge an estimate fee of $50) and they were also the highest ratings on Homestars between the 3. I was surprised when Pratema came in the cheapest per sq/ft and she promised a rough time line for a start week, weather permitting and she took no deposit. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me a few weeks ahead of schedule and asked if she could start sooner, within a couple of days. The job in total took 2 days as they did a total of 108 sq/ft of fencing(combined wood and iron) plus a few gates. They did what they said and left no surprises or scares and my wife and I are 1000% happy with the whole process and end product. Pratema and her crew are professionals. It was very pleasant to deal with them. There was always open communication between us and Pratema answered all of my questions and assured me all would be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Pratema and First Choice Fence for any fencing projects big or small - Thank you!
