Tom and his assistant arrived on time and with a great attitude. He explained that there were gaps in my front and back doors that would be a problem. He went through all the options and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Excellent all around.

Tom is the real deal. There should be more people like him. He is sincere, straightforward, and the kind of person I would want to deal with in any field of life. He just happens to do an excellent job with locks. We will recommend him highly to all.

Tom is a jovial, courteous, generous and knowlegeable locksmith. He and his assistant arrived when they said they would, and were faced with a challenging repair to an old (OLD) garage door and lock, on a house I just bought. They worked it out, didn't charge more for their time, and then went and rekeyed my front door, for free, and left me with a handful of new keys! He had a number of other suggestions for improvements down the road, when weather and finances permit. From here on in, I'll use this guy whenever I need a locksmith.

After purchasing my new home I scheduled an appointment for Victory locks to come out and re-key. After a brief discussion we decided to install new locks entirely. The job was done with no issues in a timely fashion. It's been one month since the service and we continue to have no issues with any of the locks installed by victory locks. Would call them again for any future need.

I was able to get Tom to slot me in during the busy time between Christmas and New Years. He rekeyed existing locks, then did a perimeter check to ensure that I did not have any areas that were vulnerable to entry. Based on his assessment, I decided to have him install 2 deadbolts, which he placed to minimize the gap between the door and weather-stripping. Helpful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable are all adjectives that I would use to describe Victory Locks

My wife and I took possession of our house on a Friday night in late October, and true to his word, Tom was there at 8am the next morning. He stood in the bitter, pouring rain and deftly removed and replaced the rusted-out locks on our gates, then re-keyed the house doors. Despite being soaked to the bone, Tom remained cheerful, positive and a genuine pleasure to work with.

My wife has been pretty absent minded lately so we made sure to contact this locksmith company to have some extra keys made. Just the other day, she lost her house keys and were so happy that this residential locksmith was there for her for lockout services. I sure dont know what wed do without you. Thanks again!

Called Tom and within an hour received a call that he would arrive the next morning. He arrived 15 minutes early. My key snapped off in the lock. He changed the lock and explained every step of the process which I greatly appreciated. Professional and friendly. I highly recommend Victory Locks.

Excellent service! Came twice and we were extremely pleased both times! We will use them again since we need to install a whole new lock system! Don't call anyone else-these guys are great!
