I asked Josh to provide a quote on a full bathroom renovation, because he’d come highly recommended by a friend of mine. Everything about the process was smooth, swift, and top-notch. Josh responded to my initial query soon after I’d been in touch. He visited the site for a quote within days. The quote was clear, fair and had no surprises to it. The only increase in cost came when I’d selected smaller tiles, which took more time. As I was out of town the entire process, Josh worked with me to select all fixtures etc. It was a quick and easy process, and I appreciated his advice on purchases. The work itself went very well. He’d estimated seven days, but was able to complete the entire renovation in six days, with minimized inconvenience. Throughout the process, Josh kept in clear communication with me, with daily updates and photos and questions. He took the initiative on certain aspects to the renovation, installing a new electrical heater and thermostat that I’d forgotten to request. For obvious reasons, bathroom renovations can be full of unpleasant surprises and delays, but Josh worked to ensure that there were limited cost over-runs, and saw the job completed on time. I’m already discussing other renovation projects with Josh and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Tom is a jovial, courteous, generous and knowlegeable locksmith. He and his assistant arrived when they said they would, and were faced with a challenging repair to an old (OLD) garage door and lock, on a house I just bought. They worked it out, didn't charge more for their time, and then went and rekeyed my front door, for free, and left me with a handful of new keys! He had a number of other suggestions for improvements down the road, when weather and finances permit. From here on in, I'll use this guy whenever I need a locksmith.

I've been using Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for 12 years. They are fast, courteous (you'll never get a brighter answer to your phone-call), knowledgeable and trustworthy. My most recent repair was to a complicated shower system, which, while it had to be over two visits, Brad fixed efficiently and courteously. I feel I'm working with the best.
