My very old garage door was not closing all the way so I called Smart Care. Alon arrived exactly when he said he would and set about diagnosing the problem. Because the door is about 40 years old, he encountered several issues but took the time to solve these in a cheerful manner. Alon was skilled, polite and a pleasure to have working on my garage. I would highly recommend this company, and I plan to have him replace the door when the time comes. Thanks so much for the great service!

Alon really is a subject matter expert when it comes to garage doors and openers. He was able to diagnose the problem with the opener quickly. He checked overall system and lubed the rail. Had a broken torsion spring on an old automatic garage door opener. Alon was very professional, on time and quoted a reasonable price to replace both springs as the other one was going to break soon probably due to age. Alon also helped to secure the bracket mounting the spring bar to the upper wall as it was showing signs of weakness and had some wood cracks. The garage door was recalibrated for proper use and runs great now. Great work. This is the second time using Smart Care Garage Doors and will use their services again in the future.

Alon was amazing. Came in the same day to repair a broken spring. He quickly assessed the repair and provided a quick quote. He worked efficiently and was pleasant to converse with. Not only did he replace the spring but also recommended a brace to reinforce the top section which had bent slightly from the broken spring. He greased the track and also filled in missing screws in the door from which the builder forgot. He even got on his hands and knees to scrub greese which had spilled on the floor. Fantastic service! Highly recommended! Call them first.
