My elderly fell and injured her head. She was able to call the neighbour but could not crawl to the door to let her in to assist.

My neighbour called Tom at Victory locks, who arrived faster than emergency services and had the lock open in seemingly no time at all.

As luck would have it, (TRUE STORY), he is a former Toronto Paramedic, and was able to comfort and render first aid. He stayed with her until the ambulance arrived.

I then arrived home, and quickly realized the situation was well at hand.

We called Victory Locks to have our house rekeyed after reading the homestars reviews. They were right on. The job was scheduled expediently and completed with incredible efficiency. We got good advice about upgrading the locks in the house and an affordable price on top. We will definitely use Victory Locks in the future and recommend highly to our friends.

Victory was the 5th locksmith I called. After being told the project would be a minimum of $300 plus tax, take 90 min, or couldn't be done for nearly a week, I finally called Tom. He was friendly on the phone and asked what day & time were most convenient for me. His estimate came in quite a bit under the others. Tom was onsite a few minutes early, he took only 45 minutes from start to finish and this even included replacing a deadbolt and two knobs, which we hadn't counted on. He's a friendly, honest guy who does great work. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I found this listing on homestars and called because of the reviews on this site. Tom answered and was helpful and easy to deal with. Within a few hours of calling, Tom was at the house and the locks were being changed. It was a little more expensive then I had anticipated, but the price was fair in view of the work and service provided.

I would use this service again without hesitation, and I would have no reservations about recommending Victory Locks.

I had lost all my keys and Tom came to my house in the middle of the night. Prompt 24/7 mobile service.

He was able to pick the lock open and make a new set of keys for all of my house deadbolts.

He referred me to MegaCity locksmiths to have my car also re- keyed. Jack was great. Reasonable prices too.

I would definitely use Victory Locks again and again. Fair prices and good additional recommendations of which I will do in the near future.

We had to replace our front door lock as my husband lost his key and we were a bit nervous about security. Tom showed up the day I called him and promptly replaced the lock, also showing me something about how our lock worked and things to watch out for.

A couple of weeks later the entire locking mechanism broke and again Tom showed up promptly to help. I don't think the breakage was his fault at all, it was just not a very good lock and the original installation had been a bit shoddy (as he had pointed out on the first visit), but maybe he felt some responsibility for not spotting that is was going to break and was apologetic about not having a new piece that matched the colour of the original lock - anyway, I was pleasantly surprised when he replaced the whole lock, gave us a set of new keys and did not charge us for the work or call out at all. I would definitey use Victory Locks again.

I had Tom change the locks on my new home and he was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. He did a good, fast job at a great price. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and Victory Locks.

We hired Victory to change the locks in the course of an eviction. It was a delicate situation. We were very impressed with firm but coureous manner in which Mr. Baillie carried out the job. We will have no hesitation referring him to others.
