Tom came by on a day's notice right after our move to a new house and set our locks with new keys. He reassured us on the quality of our existing locks despite us offering to buy new ones. While he worked, he was chatty, informative and super friendly. My wife and I are considering having locks installed all over our house just to have an excuse to chat with him again.
Great work for a great price, and a very honest, polite and friendly businessman. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

I called Tom in the late afternoon and he was able to make the trip up to where I live. Upon arriving, he noticed that the original builder's locks were subpar (I had a sense of this already), and for a fair price he replaced two locks and gave me a set of keys in about 30 minutes.

He arrived the same day, switched out the locks, gave us several copies of the keys all within an hour or so. He was very friendly, and gave us loads of great advice. I called Tom to rekey our recently purchased home. Our front door has an old mortise lock, the side door was a semi-modern double cylinder, and the garage had another older lock on it. We wanted to replace the double cylinder with a normal deadbolt, and have both the side and front door keyed the same, with a different key for the garage. None of this presented any problem for Tom, and he was done within an hour, and we had 5 keys to the house and 3 for the garage, just as we'd asked. Tom was pleasant, and answered all my annoying questions about locks and otherwise.

We recently bought a resale home and needed the locks re-keyed in the home. Based on the reviews on Homestars, I called Tom this morning to explain to him my situation and he was at my place in an hour. He took the time to go over the entire house and point out any areas of concern. We decided to change all the hardware and add deadbolts on all doors instead of just re-keying the existing locks, and while he had hardware available for the job, he advised that I was more than welcome to pick up my own supplies at the local hardware store. I contacted Tom from Victory Locks after reading about his services on this site. We needed lock replacement for our front door, garage and mailbox. During our initial telephone conversation Tom took the time to inquire about our needs, showed great availability and offered approximate quotes. We are very pleased with the quality of the work he accomplished as well as his customer service skills. While on site, Tom provided information about the variety of products he was using as well as instruction for usage and recommendation for future upgrades.

Tom is the owner of the company and takes a very hands-on approach. He showed up on time and was very courteous. To help save us money, he recommended locks to buy on sale at other retailers and he installed them for us. When we had a small problem with one of the garage door locks, he came in promptly to fix it for free. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Called Tom on the basis of his other Homestar reviews and he totally lived up to them. Came a couple of hours later, examined our lock, explained what was wrong and then installed new lock and cut new keys for us immediately. Very kind attitude combined with professional service. Can't ask for more than that!

I called Tom (from Homestars) about installing a deadbolt (my neighbours had been broken into the previous night) and within 24 hours he was at our home. We needed to replace a broken lock on our front door and called Victory Locks. Tom arranged to come out soon after my call and expeditiously and efficiently put in a new lock. It was nice to get an immediate response since another company we called wasn't able to come out till the next day and they couldn't guarantee that they would have the same lock which would have meant another delay!

Tom is very personable and more than willing to answer questions and explain anything you want to know. While at our house he reviewed the condition of the other door locks, which fortunately did not need repair.

I would highly recommend this company to my friends and would not hesitate to use this company again if I needed locksmithing services. Also, their base service charge was lower than other companies I called.
