I contacted Tom from Victory Locks after reading about his services on this site. We needed lock replacement for our front door, garage and mailbox. During our initial telephone conversation Tom took the time to inquire about our needs, showed great availability and offered approximate quotes. We are very pleased with the quality of the work he accomplished as well as his customer service skills. While on site, Tom provided information about the variety of products he was using as well as instruction for usage and recommendation for future upgrades.
