I called Tom in the late afternoon and he was able to make the trip up to where I live. Upon arriving, he noticed that the original builder's locks were subpar (I had a sense of this already), and for a fair price he replaced two locks and gave me a set of keys in about 30 minutes.
Very impressed with his friendly and professional service as well as the quality of his work. Look no further.
