Eclipse did an excellent job for us. The work was completed in the first week of August with one day devoted to replacing the roof. It was finished on time despite the brutally hot weather. We appreciated the professional attitude and attention to detail exhibited by Oleg, Eduard and the crew. Oleg and Eduard were willing to take the time to explain the job process to our satisfaction and they cleaned up the job site at the end of every day and on final completion We had to call Eclipse back in the first week of September when we heard squirrels in the soffit at the back of our house. Oleg returned and sealed the entry point and we haven’t had any problems since. We were impressed that despite a flat tire, he was able to fix the flat and still make it to our house the same afternoon. I would have no hesitation recommending Eclipse or using them again.

Our neighbour recommended Relative Environmental and we noticed another neighbour across the street used them for a waterproofing job. Both were satisfied with their work. Relative Environmental finished a waterproofing job on our house back in May. They did an excellent job in a very difficult location. Despite the limited accessibility and extensive repairs required for the foundation walls, Relative Environmental finished the job in a week. We were very happy with the workmanship and the care given to our property. While the work was in progress, the communication with Peter and David answered all our questions. It has been a couple of months since the completion of the job and we have not experienced any problems. Relative Environmental exceeded our expectations.

My mother lives in a seniors building and I wanted to make sure she would be comfortable in her apartment when the summer season turns hot and steamy. Golden Plug AC specializes in through the wall units so I called them and spoke to Nancy and based on the size of the opening in the wall and the square footage of my mom’s apartment she gave me a few options to consider. I chose the Friedrich Wall Master unit (10,000 BTU) since it would be a perfect fit. In order to confirm that the ac unit in question would fit correctly, Peter Bird from Golden Plug came by to look at her set up/take measurements. At that time I mentioned to Peter that my mother was concerned her white carpet would get soiled. Peter assured me that they would wear booties over their street shoes and put down blankets to protect the carpet. On the day of the installation, my mother and I were both pleased with the installation. Peter and Matthew did not leave until the ac unit was perfectly placed and an annoying ticking sound (a stray plastic thread!) was remedied. From the first call to the final installation, Nancy, Peter and Matthew provided helpful, courteous and overall professional service. Also, since they are an authorized Friedrich dealer, they can service and repair my mother’s ac unit with no problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Brock provided professional and timely service from the initial quotation to the installation of my storm door. I was very happy with the excellent job provided by the obviously skilled installer. The job was completed in a timely manner and I would have no hesitation in using Brock again or recommending this company to others.

The price was more than reasonable. Vincent and Simon had a cheerful and friendly manner. They arrived on time and quickly removed our renovation waste ( lath, plaster, drywall, sink, counter, wood, etc.) We will definitely use Mr. King's company again.

We needed to replace a broken lock on our front door and called Victory Locks. Tom arranged to come out soon after my call and expeditiously and efficiently put in a new lock. It was nice to get an immediate response since another company we called wasn't able to come out till the next day and they couldn't guarantee that they would have the same lock which would have meant another delay! Tom is very personable and more than willing to answer questions and explain anything you want to know. While at our house he reviewed the condition of the other door locks, which fortunately did not need repair. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and would not hesitate to use this company again if I needed locksmithing services. Also, their base service charge was lower than other companies I called.
