Both Michael and Danial from McKinnon Heating Cooling were so professional and did a fine job with a great approach to every aspect of the installation of a new Air Conditioner for my condo unit. They took charge and left the condo well cleaned and put everything back as it was (ie washer dryer sliding doors etc). Removed the old unit and did not leave any garbage behind. Well done! I trusted them that all was completed as needed. Highly recommend them for others to use.

The installation was completed in 1 1/2 days. It included the outdoor unit and two indoor wall mounted air handlers.
All the work, including electrical was expertly done by two employees. They were polite, friendly & careful to leave no mess.
It was a painless operation & we appreciated the operating instructions provided to us.

My neighbours recommended McKinnon after I explained the YEARS of grief I have experienced with my furnace and AC. Unfortunately, when I renovated my house 8 years ago, I fell prey to a company that went bankrupt within a month and left me with expensive and malfunctioning equipment. The system was supposedly repaired by other companies that cost a fortune but did nothing to improve the problem. My house continued to overheat terribly in the summer and the winters were always cold and I needed space heaters.
From the moment I called McKinnon, I felt relief. The office staff are delightful and efficient. The owner, Michael, met me on a Saturday and methodically explained the issues with the system. He was friendly and excellent at communicating the problems and solutions. I decided to get a new furnace and AC. It was 100% necessary. The technicians who did the work were experienced, professional, friendly, informative and tidy. Great job! Very highly recommended!

4 Men came in to help us replace the AC unit in out stacked townhome building - its working perfectly right now and the experience was great. We had a shelf and washer and dryer in the way which they moved carefully even though it would have been easier to just break down our shelf due to where it was located - but they take pride and patience in doing their job. Left the place clean, and the team worked like a well oiled machine. I would recommend them for their services again.
