Getting our air handler replaced and a new one installed was stress free. At all points of the process, everyone was on the same page about the issue with the air handler, the available & recommended options about what should be done, and what was being done mid-installation. I got to watch, follow along, ask questions about what they were doing at any point and received clear answers. On top of that, both calls and emails to Mckinnon's reception office were answered quickly and promptly.

I called in the afternoon, and the new heater was installed the next day. Very friendly technicians and fair price. Recommended to my friend who needed a hot water heater replacement. He was also very happy with the service and the price.

Well done. McKinnon Heating/Cooling Co. Is new to me for servicing my furnace/humidifier. My experience has been absolutely fabulous. The furnace in my home needed to be replaced due to its age. The home is currently being rented while I'm living abroad. McKinnon has done all of our HVAC work over the past few years exceptionally well. My tenants
are really happy with their service.
