Well done. McKinnon Heating/Cooling Co. Is new to me for servicing my furnace/humidifier. My experience has been absolutely fabulous. The customer service in the office has been helpful, always answering my questions & courteous. Joseph the tech that serviced the furnace & humidifier, was knowledgeable & took the time to explain what he did, how things should work & just a great young man. I cannot say enough about my experience other than completely satisfied & pleased. . Well done McKinnon & & Joseph.

From the first contact I made with the office, it was a good experience. Jamee, the first point of contact, was more than happy to answer my questions about what I was wanting to purchase, timing, and more than accommodating to have an individual come out to my home. Michael, the owner of McKinnon came out to recommend an AC of brand (s) they carried. Also to see location of Install for the crew. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable. Once I purchased, an install crew was sent within week. They arrived at my home on schedule, brought things in, told me what they were going to do, Install install inside and outside, was professional, clean and once system was up and running, things were explained about the install.
