Gas Fix

We had GasFix in to service one fireplace, they did such a good job and the price was reasonable. So we had them back the following day to service our other fireplace. Dwayne did a great job. We HIGHLY recommend GasFix!!!!

This company has installed two fire places at our cottage and was so satisfied with there work that when our home fire place broke down (after 27 years of no service) we called them hoping that they could find the parts or help in some way to get it safely working again. Not only did they fix the problem but they also had it working like new. They replaced wires that could have caused a fire that we had no idea were hidden. Could not have been happier with there work and now our living room is warm and safe once again. Please understand they were not only fast in there repair but parts for this fire place have not been avail. in Canada for years. Thanks again for everything.

After booking several appointments with a fireplace contractor in Toronto, we decided to try GasFix Repair instead. The initial fireplace contractor didn't even show up at the scheduled times. Not one courtesy call nor apology. He would call whenever and ask if I was available at times convenient for him.

After calling GasFix Repair, an appointment was scheduled in two days. Scott called that morning to confirm our appointment and arrived shortly afterwards.

I explained what the problems were with our fireplace and he proceeded to conduct a few tests. Within 15 minutes, he told me what the options and its costs were. The decision was made easier when he explained the repairs could be done immediately without incurring another service call. Even though our fireplace was over 15 years old, he had the replacement parts in his service vehicle.

I was very impressed with the Scott's professionalism. He would show me the differences with the various faulty components versus the replacement parts. His extensive knowledge and experience easily answer any questions and concerns I had.

Thanks to Scott and GasFix Repair, we now can enjoy our fireplace for years to come.

Our gas fireplace was damaged in a flood, Joe did the diagnostics and decided we would start with replacing one part. Our fire place wouldn't work so I made an appointment with Gasfixfireplace. Dwayne was the technician that came out. Dwayne was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. After fixing our family room fireplace I showed Dwayne our fireplace in the rec room. As soon he saw the fireplace, he pointed out a problem that we didn't even know about. Just a note, we have used Gasfixfireplace to repair our gas pool heater and were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.
