Gas Fix

Dwayne arrived on-time on March 3, 2015. He was very polite and put down a blanket to protect our flooring. He talked me through the service - what he was doing and why. He quickly determined the problem and had it fixed in no time. He explained to me how to perform some preventative maintenance myself and avoid possible future problems. This is the second time we have called GasFix. I highly recommend them for their prompt response and quality workmanship.

I inquired by e-mail and quickly had a follow up call to make an appointment. Dwayne arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. He spread out a cover sheet to ensure there was no mess during the repair and even vacuumed. He explained what was done and what to watch for and how to take care of things in future. Very efficient. I'd call again for anything in that area.

Dwayne did a great job. Came when promised. Very efficient. Explained everything . Came prepared and cleaned up after job was complete. I was pleased with the results. Would use Gasfix again.

On Feb. 17, 2015 our furnace broke down, we had prompt, professional and expert service from Gasfixrepair. Joe examined our furnace obtained the part and everything was done in 3 hours. Great work!

Dwayne arrived on time & did a great job of replacing the bad mercury switch with a new gas valve.Everyone locally told me it could not be done , but gas fix did the conversion & it saved me the cost of buying a new fireplace . THANKS

We've been using Gasfix for yearly maintenance (tune ups / minor repairs) on our fireplace for years. Had Joe out in September and completely satisfied with his professionalism in getting the fireplace up and ready for the upcoming winter. In November we noticed gas flames shooting out the front when we turned the pilot to the 'on' position. We booked a service call and Joe was back next morning promptly. Unfortunately our gas valve was cracked and either had to be replaced or we needed a new fireplace. Joe set up a Sales Call and Scott came 2 days later. We decided to go with a new fireplace rather than getting the old one repaired, since we'd had it for over 20 years He showed us a number of choices and clearly explained the differences in the models we were interested in. We made our choice and Scott set up a Service Call to have the new fireplace installed on Monday morning, since they were totally booked for the weekend. First thing Monday Joe and Dwayne were at our house to remove the old fireplace and install the new one. Dwayne and Joe were punctual, courteous and extremely friendly. After the fireplace was installed we were given a tutorial on how to safely use it. We absolutely LOVE our fireplace and it's 10X better than the old one. It looks great, works great and keeps us toasty warm! Thanks to the Gasfix team! Fabulous job! We would highly recommend this company and Gasfix is the only company that we will use for any of our fireplace needs in the future! See you in September!

Upon reviewing various vendors, called Gas Fix to run a new gas line for my gas cooking range and service my fireplace. Dwayne the technician came right on time, did an excellent job in a very professional manner. He had all the tools necessary including vaccum cleaner to clean the debris from the work. Hats off to Gas fix. Would highly recommend them.

Scott and the gang at Gasfix have always provided a high level of service for an excellent price! They hooked up an outdoor gas fire pit for us, recommended, sourced, and installed a new high-quality gas fireplace at an excellent price (why would you pay the showroom mark-up?) and annually maintain all three gas fireplaces for us. They have fixed things that other technicians could not repair! Pool heater and bbq hook up too! Amazing service always.
