We moved into a new home with an unsafe wood fireplace. We wanted to convert it to a gas fireplace insert. We reached out to many contractors on HomeStars, but Bobbi was the only one who actually came out to speak to us and give us options. He was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and his suggestions were spot on. Mohammad, Damon and a third whose name escapes me (sorry) were a fantastic install team. They left the worksite clean. Gave us a walk through of how to work the remote and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend them.

Just had a wonderful experience with the Fireplace Company. Bobby, Jas and his team did a fantastic job installing and framing my fireplace. Service was fantastic and pricing was very competitive. It wasnt the easiest install given the location but they made it look easy and did it to our satisfaction. They got the job finished quickly and kept the area very clean. The frame Jas built was extremely well put together and made sure it was to our liking. Fireplace was beautiful addition to our location. I would recommend this company to anyone! Honestly when it came to the fireplace company it was the best experience one can have. They crew was amazing when it came time to instal and they were quick. They explained everything nicely, and at the end I was extremely satisfied with the job that they have done. I would highly recommend them for you’re next project !

I would definitely recomment The Fireplace Company to those who need a fireplace. Not only the products they carry are in excellent quality, Bobby and his team are also very obsessed about customers. Although the situation around my house added some difficulties to the job, Bobby was able to figure out the way to have it completed. After the job was done, Bobby followed up to see if everything is working as expected.

I can't recall the last time I received exceptional service like this. We were thrilled to buy locally which meant a Napoleon manufactured fireplace from Barrie. Installation happened earlier than expected which is always a nice surprise and the crew were professional and did a clean job leaving nothing for me to clean up after they left.
