From the time the salesman came for the sale (June/24), to today (Oct 3/24) it has been a NIGHTMARE and a huge waste of time dealing with this company. I have had to make weekly calls to their "Customer Service" dept - which is poorly named because they do nothing other than take the info & send it to other depts - each time to correct what the person before them did or didn't do.
The amounts I'm being charged are STILL wrong despite many calls for this to be corrected; info on the account was set up wrong - how difficult is that?; have had to make a few calls to have someone come in & fix the equipment, it goes on and on. What a nightmare dealing with them.
Make sure you see prior reviews - on other sites too. 1 site I saw said 60% of respondents gave them 1 star; TOO MANY other people saying the company is horrible to deal with and they question if the company is even legit.
The only positive I can say is that the equipment works well (after having 2 technicians come in after the install) and I am happy with my purchase. All I'm asking is that I am charged what the salesman told me I'd be charged.
SUCH A BADLY RUN COMPANY. Apparently no supervisors either - which doesn't help.
Never have I had this type of trouble dealing with a company. And I'm not new to this game.
