Inner care technician came at my home for just inspection the furnace. By the time he enter in the furnace room, he said your furnace Need to be changed. I asked whats Defect in the furnace he said heating element is damage and it is very dangerous for your family. Then I asked him how you know heating element is damage. He said this type of all furnaces has the same problem. Then he called his friend and he came and gave me the estimate for new furnace. I called my technician and he checked the furnace. He said nothing wrong in the furnace. Because he scared us very much about carbon monoxide Me and my family decided to change the furnace. My certified technician try to explain me Your furnace is OK. You dont need to change it, but I was very scared and we decided to replace the furnace. No, I want to cancel the protection plan. The customer service is not answering my phone. I waited yesterday two hours on the phone line and after They said they will call you tomorrow. I waited all day phone call but no phone call me so in the afternoon I call back again to customer care and put me on hold and after one hour waiting on phone call they answer me. They will call me back tomorrow. I would suggest everyone dont buy any protection plan from enercare Because when the technician came at your home for inspection, they have to say your furnace need to be Change.
