Enercare has the worst customer service over the phone. Their phone operators have no clue about the services they offer. When I signed up for a new service plan I was assured I could cancel anytime which is not the case. When we moved, I called to complete the moving process and transfer over my services, it wasn't done. I had to call the following week and do it all over again with someone else. The changes still aren't properly reflected on my account when I log in. On the call, the employee asked to validate my identity and then half way through started calling me by my husband's name.when I ask to speak to a manager I end up on hold forever until I get disconnected. I have yet to reach a manager. I would never recommend, which is too bad because their technicians are amazing but dealing with these people over the phone is horrible.
