My rental water heater had a cracked in the tank emptying 50 gallons of hot water all over my laundry room this was Thursday afternoon. We called after finally finding the number and enercare took 48 hours to inspect the heater to confirm it was broken on saturday and then more phone calls to arrange an install which was 72 hours later on the Tuesday the phone reps were friendly and the installers were exceptional.

As usual Rob visited our home and checked/serviced our A/C system very efficiently, cleaned up before he left. He is a very polite and professional service engineer.

Impressed with service of Alexander, while has been in contact with a few other customers omer service reps. The situation is as rather unique then a generic, still Alexander was able to resolve it within approx. 20 mins cause he took an extra step and applied his unique way of thinking to find a resolution in a super quick timely manner and fair for both parties. Well done Alexander keep it that way, we need more reps to help us, clients to be respectful, clever and be able to execute decisions on the spot without making a transfer to another colleague or giving empty promises. Impressed!

Representative was courteous, professional and very pleasant. We received a call from representative letting us know he was on his way and would arrive in 15 minutes.
We were advised we would have hot water in 45 minutes.

They send unprofessional people to fix everyone comes to fix saying a different reason not fixed yet and we are living with no air conditioning at this hot weather
